In Kajiado, BSI led a meaningful mentorship session at Alhudah School, creating a safe space for adolescent girls to:
Discuss menstrual health and hygiene
Gave sanitary pads to reduce school absenteeism
Engaged in an open and honest talk on Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and its long-term effects
These sessions were aimed at not just awareness, but also empowerment—ensuring girls walk away informed, confident, and heard

🌳 Community Impact at Tarbaj Primary School, Wajir
In Wajir County, we participated in an engaging and colorful event at Tarbaj Primary School, where the celebrations reflected unity and collective responsibility:
Children presented poems that expressed their dreams
Community members gave speeches encouraging protection of child rights
Trees were planted in various schools as a symbol of growth and sustainability
Bursaries and dignity kits were distributed to support education and hygiene
Snacks were shared with students, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration

At Sombo Primary School in Sala Ward, BSI was well represented in a successful community celebration. From the planning to the presentations, the energy was high and purposeful.
